Ummmmm yes, I am 100% lameness when it comes to blogging lately! I just have not had any time, which I understand is totally a lame excuse, I am sorry, but as I said, I am 100% lameness right now, so just deal! Anyway, I wanted to post the pics of the very limited Easter cookies I did. Although I had intentions of doing a bunch of Easter designs and sending them to all of my family and friends and then also dropping some off on all of my neighbors doorsteps...alas, I did none of the sort, and just barely made these.

Brushing Bride!
Here is a cake that I made for a bridal shower that I employed the ever so popular brush embroidery. It was a divine cake: vanilla bean cake with raspberry mousse filling and Swiss meringue buttercream. Rich in taste but light in texture! I love using the brush embroidery technique with buttercream, it mixes the two colors just enough to make them look more natural.
